Description:

Stanislaus County is holding open recruitments for Administrative Manager positions in two separate departments. The General Services Agency and Parks & Recreation would like to invite qualified applicants to submit applications for consideration.

The General Services Agency Administration Division oversees the budgeting, accounting, accounts payable, utilities, safety and training functions. The Administrative Manager will advise managers on fiscal, budget, auditing and financial issues, prepare executive reports, Board of Supervisors agenda items, direct claiming and statistical reviews and perform special studies. The incumbent will manage and direct accounting and accounts payable functions for all budget units and capital projects for GSA.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business or Public Administration, Accounting, or Finance, (progressively related experience as stated below, may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis); AND
Four (4) years of progressively responsible fiscal management experience; AND
Three (3) years of supervision experience.
