$86,889.96 – $116,857.44 Annually

Description:

As a part of the HR Department’s leadership team, the Administrative Services Officer provides vital support to these initiatives. The successful Administrative Services Officer (ASO) will be a skilled professional and proactive business partner who takes ownership for identifying and implementing solutions This specific assignment is heavily focused on developing and monitoring HR’s budget and administering contracts for the department. The ASO will have two direct reports, and the ideal candidate is someone who can foster a positive learning environment and provide strong leadership and support to their staff.

Qualifications:

Education: Possession of a Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university with a major in business administration, public administration or a closely related field.

Experience: Four (4) years of full-time (or the equivalent of full-time) professional-level analytical experience in at least two (2) of the following: complex budget analysis, development and administration; governmental contracting; and/or human resources management. Depending on the position(s) to be filled, qualifying experience may be limited to experience directly related to the assignment as specified on the job announcement.
