Description:

Sacramento Area Council of Governments (SACOG) is currently seeking a qualified Analyst to perform a wide variety of duties that will support the Transportation Demand Management (TDM) Team. The team designs and implements programs that increase bicycling, walking, riding transit, carpooling, and vanpooling to reduce car trips and improve air quality. The duration of the limited term will be 18 months.

Qualifications:

Equivalent to a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in transportation planning, land use planning, public administration, urban planning, marketing, communications, or related field.
Two years of experience working in transportation demand management or other related planning or research fields.
Knowledge of transportation demand management, shared mobility, and active transportation programs.
Comfort working with people in small and large groups.
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
