$140,000.00 – $150,000.00 Annually

Description:

The Health and Human Services Agency (HHSA), is seeking a dynamic, resourceful, and innovative leader to assist with developing and executing the activities of HHSA’s Housing and Community Development Services (HCDS) activities. The Assistant Director (HCDS) will assist with oversight of the activities of the department, administer daily activities, serve in the absence of the Director, and work with the management team to prepare long-term plans to achieve strategic goals.

Qualifications:

A bachelor’s degree from an accredited U.S. college or university or a certified foreign studies equivalency & five years of experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the essential functions of the classification.

Experience must include four years of management level experience and at least one year of supervision.

A master’s degree or higher may substitute for a total of one year of experience and cannot be applied to the required one year of supervision
