public or private sector organization, or in an organization
subject to government oversight and audit, including managing
testing and selection, talent acquisition, and workforce

The Assistant Director for Talent Management will have at least
three years of experience in a senior human resources leadership
role – including leading management level positions in a large
and complex organization. Additionally, seven years of
comprehensive experience within Talent Management is required. An
undergraduate degree is minimally required for consideration.
