Salary:

$80,454.40 – $143,000.00 Annually

Description:

Administration of the automated budgeting system, including coordinating the development and review of queries, dashboards and Business Objects reports; participating in the implementation of system upgrades and new business processes
Coordinate and develop training courses and procedures for countywide end users
Coordination of the strategic financial and budget development processes, including preparation of the recommended and annual budget documents.
Developing salary tables, retirement rates, health rates, and other employee benefit rates
Participate in labor negotiations, including gathering and analyzing data to prepare and present complex financial and cost analyses for the labor negotiations process

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have at least six (6) years of combined professional-level experience in finance, budget and/or accounting and information systems, including lead experience. Information systems experience must include experience utilizing and/or supporting automated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, including budgeting, finance and human resources/payroll systems. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Management, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems or closely related field may substitute for two (2) years of experience.
