Description:

We are accepting applications for the Business & Administrative Operations Manager for the Probation Department. The position oversees the clerical support services, facilities, supplies, equipment, and fleet department wide.
Examples of Duties
1. Directs and manages multidisciplinary project teams
2. Oversees the program budget development by assisting in setting budget priorities by identifying needs such as capital improvements, supplies, and staffing; balances fiscal priorities; prioritizes and allocates resources within the program; and coordinates resources with other programs or departments.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in English, Business, Finance, Accounting, Criminal Justice, Computer Science or related major AND three (3) years experience in project management, which included direct supervision of subordinate staff, OR
