The County of San Diego is seeking a proven leader to fill an upcoming vacancy for Chief Deputy, Assessor/Recorder/County Clerk for the Department of the Assessor/Recorder/County Clerk. This position is responsible for planning, directing, coordinating and evaluating recordings, vital records, and archives services in the day-to-day operations within the County of San Diego.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited U.S. college or university, or a certified foreign studies equivalency AND at least five (5) years of management-level experience providing primarily Recorder and/or County Clerk services for a large public agency, including direction of budget and fiscal activities, personnel, contract support, systems and other administrative functions.
