Description:

This position is an at-will position and shall serve at the pleasure of the Director of CSS. The Department of Child Support Services is seeking a strong leader to lead the day-to-day operations for its divisions: Case Management Operations, Customer Service Operations, Legal Services, and Program Support Services/Administration. This position requires an exceptional and highly motivated leader and manager capable of guiding a strong team of individuals committed to high-quality customer services, effective and efficient business practices, staff and leader development, and performance. This candidate will be an energetic, collaborative, and results-oriented leader with a proven track record of navigating change, identifying best practices, fostering strong working relationships, and promoting a team-oriented work environment, and ability to achieve results through others. This individual also serves in an advisory role to the Director; and will represent the Director at high-level meetings and will provide coverage of the Department in their absence.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned child support professional with five (5) or more years of senior or executive-level management experience in the child support program and public administration. Background Check: All candidates considered for the position will be required to successfully pass a background check to the satisfaction of the County. The background check may include professional references, criminal check, credit check, educational verification (e.g. degree, license, or official transcripts), etc.
