The Public Administrator/Public Guardian/Conservator Division has an opening for a Chief Deputy Public Administrator/ Public Guardian/Conservator (Operations Manager) to plan, organize, supervise, review, and evaluate the work of Deputy Public Guardian/Conservators and other professional and clerical staff assigned to the Division. The Chief Deputy PA/PG/PC reviews and approves all court accountings under probate law; reviews redeterminations for conservatorship under mental health court.

Qualifications:

Any combination of training, education and/or experience which provides the knowledge, skills and abilities and required conditions of employment listed above is qualifying. An example of a way these requirements might be acquired is:

Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business or Public Administration, or a related filed.

AND

Experience: Four (4) years relevant experience involving probate of estates, legal guardianship, conservatorship, and estate management, or other related experience.
