Salary:

$145,679 – $177,072 annually PLUS an excellent benefits package.

Description:

The County of Yolo is currently recruiting for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO). The CTO serves as the primary advisor to the County’s leadership team for technology and innovation. The CTO is expected to lead efforts to renovate, modernize and transform the County’s technology and the way in which we serve our community through digital innovation. This important position requires a proactive leader to develop the County’s Information Technology (IT) vision and policy, and ensure that IT services are acquired and information resources managed in a manner that implements the County’s goals as established by the Board of Supervisors.

Qualifications:

Candidates for this position will possess the minimum experience and education requirements for this position, as follows:
Any combination of education, training, and experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or other closely related field and ten (10) years of progressively responsible experience in information systems which included five (5) years of experience in a senior management or administrative capacity, with accountability for planning, organizing and implementing information and telecommunication systems and associated staff for a large organization with diverse line operations.
