Description:

The Children’s System of Care Program Manager position has primary responsibilities in Children’s Mental Health including oversight and monitoring of outpatient mental health services providers and contracts, internal programs, and community education; interface with insurance providers and Managed Care Plans; implementation and monitoring of youth Substance Use Disorder services through contractors; and strong collaboration with child welfare and probation internal and external partners to ensure all children and youth are screened, assessed and linked with specialty mental health services as clinically necessary.

Qualifications:

Equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. Designated positions may require major course work in specified and concentrated areas of study.

Five years of increasingly responsible clinical and/or administrative experience in a health or human services agency, including at least two years of supervisory responsibility.
