Under administrative direction, be in charge of the administrative affairs of County government; Represent the Board of Supervisors’ policies and programs with the general public, community organizations, County employees and other government agencies; Develop and facilitate in conjunction with elected Board Members the implementation or long-range plans; Review department budget requests and prepare a final budget for presentation to the Board of Supervisors; Oversee economic and community development efforts; Do other related work as required. The County Executive Officer is also the Clerk of the Board as set forth by Ordinance Number 1507.
Minimum Qualifications: Experience: Broad and extensive experience in a management or administrative capacity in a public agency. Responsibilities must have included development and administration of agency programs, budgets and personnel. Education: Graduation from an accredited four (4) year college or university.
