Join the Auditor-Controller-Treasurer-Tax Collector’s Office as a Department Analyst – Administration!

Starting salary up to $7,247/monthly ($86,970/Annually), a cash allowance of $600/month, and a competitive total compensation package!

The Department Analyst will report to the Administrative Services Officer II and will assist in preparing and monitoring the department’s annual budget. In addition, the position will be responsible for working with County Human Resources to coordinate recruitment, hiring and onboarding of employees, safety compliance, keep and update confidential personnel files, and assist with discipline, disability, and discrimination matters.

Qualifications:

ACTTC is seeking a candidate that has experience:

• Working on budget development and monitoring
• Supporting executive & upper management with calendars and travel
• Managing recruitments, including onboarding
• Managing and tracking leaves of absence in accordance with leave laws
• Collaborating and coordinating with multiple managers on various projects
• Developing, writing, maintaining, and implementing effective office policies and procedures
• Back up the Administrative Services Officer II in their absence
