Description:

Provide day-to-day management of the Code Enforcement Division; to effectively direct and coordinate staff activities involved in the receipt, investigation and resolution of complaints regarding violations of state and County land use, zoning, subdivision, and abatement laws and regulations; to perform investigations, identify properties which require code enforcement action and ensure timely processing.

Qualifications:

Education equivalent to graduation from a four year college or university with a major in planning, or a closely related field.

Extensive responsible work experience in performing a wide scope of professional planning work, including at least three (3) years in a management or supervisory position.
