Annual Salary: $130,686 – $163,217* and an attractive management benefits package.

Description:

The Deputy Director of Public Works assists the Director
in managing and directing the Department. The Deputy
Director will, through Division Managers, plan and organize
the activities of assigned divisions as well as provide
complex assistance to the Director of Public Works/Road
Commissioner.

Qualifications:

Experience: Five years of increasingly responsible experience
in civil engineering, public works or facility management,
public or business administration, architecture, surveying/land
development engineering, or real property management/real
estate, including two years of management responsibility.
Training: Equivalent to a bachelor’s degree from an
accredited college or university with major course work in
civil engineering, public or business administration, or a
related field. Additional training in management is highly
desirable.
