Salary:

$170,422.56 – $187,899.12 Annually, plus a 3.35% management incentive.

Description:

The Department of Child, Family and Adults Services (DCFAS) is seeking a dynamic individual with background and experience in social services programs to lead the new division of Quality Management and Administrative Services (QMAS). Primary responsibility will be focused on data collection, data analysis, quantitative and qualitative case reviews, workforce development and continuous quality improvement across all programs within DCFAS. The incumbent will also oversee all Public Records Act requests, records requests from clients, and records requests related to litigation. Additional duties include oversight of all operations within DCFAS Administration, including Budget, Fiscal Services, Contracts, Asset Management Services, Facilities Management, as well as other duties as assigned by the DCFAS Director.

Qualifications:

Possession of a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a management field such as public administration, business administration, or health services administration; or in a related human service field such as social work, psychology, mental health, public health, health sciences, or sociology; or a closely related health field such as life sciences or physical sciences. A Master’s degree is desirable.

AND 

Four (4) years of experience managing a major organizational unit or program within the field of human services delivery or human services administration with responsibilities for planning, directing, and controlling the activities of subordinate staff; and including program development and management, budget preparation and administration, development of policies and procedures, and supervision and evaluation of staff.
