Description:

The Human Resources (HR) Department is seeking a dynamic professional to serve as a Deputy HR Director – Technology Solutions & Analytics. The Deputy will lead and manage all facets of the Department’s data collection, analytics, and technology initiatives, and will manage a staff of approximately six. This position works with central Information Technology and HR stakeholders to ensure that systems and business needs are optimally aligned with technology solutions. The Deputy Director will serve as the primary conduit for the Department’s systems integration, will work to achieve synergy across numerous platforms, while also leveraging technology and aligning internal processes.

Qualifications:

Education: Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor’s degree, preferably with major study in computer science, information systems, public/business administration, human resources, industrial relations, or another field related to the assignment. (Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year for year basis).

Experience: Four years of professional work experience with responsibility for planning, organizing, and implementing information system programs and/or projects, of which at least one year was in a supervisory or management capacity over subordinate staff performing related responsibilities. Experience functioning within an HR organization is highly preferred.
