Then look no further, County of Orange has an exciting new opportunity! We are looking for a Director of Performance Management & Policy for the County Executive Office. This position reports to the Deputy County Executive Officer and provides managerial expertise to support the CEO’s office and executives in the achievement of Countywide goals and objectives. The position ensures that Board and CEO policy and projects are efficiently, effectively, and consistently implemented.

Qualifications:

Ideal candidates will be private or public sector professionals with a bachelor’s degree in business or public administration and at least 5 years of experience in managing high visibility initiatives/projects, developing and implementing policies, collaborating with organizational/community stakeholders, and researching strategic issues to formulate proposals and solutions.
