$42.75 – $68.95 Hourly $7,409.46 – $11,950.74 Monthly $88,913.55 – $143,408.93 Annually

Description:

The Engineering Project Manager will be responsible for multiple multi-year, multimillion dollar Public Works improvement projects, including in-house and contract projects that can vary from interchanges and street widening, to road resurfacing. The incumbent will be tasked with the planning, designing, and review of the projects, as well as the managing of contracts, budgets, and schedules. Additionally, The Engineering Project Manager will coordinate with resource agencies to ensure environmental clearance. The Department desires candidates with experience managing comparable multi-year multimillion dollar transportation projects. Seasoned Project Managers with experience interfacing with involved stakeholders are highly desired.

Qualifications:

Education: Graduation from an accredited college with a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Geology, Planning, Transportation Planning, Public Administration, Urban Geography, Architecture, or closely related field.

Experience: Four years of professional engineering experience including two years of engineering experience in a lead, administrative or supervisory capacity that included project management responsibilities.
