Description:

The HHSA Program Manager- Fiscal position at the Glenn County Health and Human Services Agency is responsible for coordinating, directing, and supervising lead and/or professional-level employees as well as clerical and technical support employees. This position is responsible for management of an assigned fiscal area within the Health and Human Services Department, will develop and implement department budgets, and will perform a wide variety of complex fiscal duties. This position is scheduled for forty (40) hours per week. This recruitment may be used to establish a list to fill future vacancies for the next six (6) months.

Qualifications:

Four (4) years of advanced journey level professional experience in a public environment; including one (1) year in a supervisory or administrative capacity.
AND
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in accounting, health services administration, business or public administration, or a related field. Master’s degree desirable.
