Join the Human Resources Department as our HR Data Coordinator! Starting salary up to $29.81/hour ($62,217/year) and a cash allowance of $600/month.*

Reporting to the Recruitment and Classification Manager, the HR Data Coordinator provides technical assistance and support for department and countywide human resources data and functions. This position will be responsible for:

Qualifications:

•Maintaining and updating position data and position-control information in the County’s Human Resource Information System (HRIS)
•Coordinating the County’s master allocation list with the County Administrator’s Office
•Updating and reporting countywide vacancy statistics
•Producing human resource information-related and budget reports on routine schedules and as requested
•Communicating information to County employees regarding Civil Service Rules, County Administrative Policies, and MOUs
•Reviewing county-wide personnel actions related to new hires, demotions, pay rate changes, position changes, transfers, etc. to ensure compliance with requirements
