$42.61 – $53.22/hour; $7,385.73 – $9,224.80/month; $88,628.80 - $110,697.60/year

Description:

The current vacancy is located in the Talent Acquisition and Department Support Division of the Human Resources Department. Primary responsibilities will include overseeing a staff responsible for providing professional, management-level support to assigned County departments in the areas of recruitment and selection, exam development and administration, classification and compensation, and performance management, as well as partnering with assigned departments regarding organizational analyses, succession planning, MOU/County Code compliance, complaint resolution, and disciplinary action.

Qualifications:

Experience: Two years of responsible professional human resources administration experience performing duties similar to a full journey level Human Resources Analyst II with Placer County.

Training: Equivalent to a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in business or public administration, human resources administration, behavioral science or a related field.
