$6,071 – $8,294/Monthly

Description:

Responsibilities Include: Developing, and executing recruitment strategies for a variety of positions; crafting job announcements; conducting job analysis and determining the most appropriate examination plan for recruitments; screening applications; assembling diverse panels for application rating as well as serving as a rater on such panels; establishing employment lists; and providing consultation to departments on hiring steps. Additionally, this position collaborates with County managers regarding human resources rules, regulations, and best practices; and may conduct classification studies, to include position reviews, revisions to existing classification specifications, and/or the development of new classifications, requiring the establishment of the appropriate salary range.

Qualifications:

Our ideal candidate will be proficient in current human resources practices and procedures and possess:
• Experience with recruitment advertising and outreach strategies
• Working knowledge of the principles and practices of public sector classification and compensation systems
• A customer-focused, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work with a diverse client base
• Experience conducting classification and compensation studies is desirable
