Salary:

$25.83 – $35.25 per hour

Description:

Will provide analysis, design, and system planning, configuration, implementation, and system administration to the various enterprise software systems. Provides general application support and training in other departmental software used by smaller sub-sets of County users such as Central Square ONESolution, OpenGov, Workiva, NeoGov and Laserfiche. Acts as a liaison between users and vendors or technical teams to address problems, creates more efficient workflows, and explores new technology as it becomes available. Tests, analyzes, and reviews software and technology to ensure it meets the organization’s current and future needs. Generates and maintains reports using a variety of software.

Qualifications:

Any combination of experience and education or training that would likely provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities would be qualifying. A typical way to obtain the KSA’s would be:

Both levels: Equivalent to graduation from an accredited college or university with major course work in computer science, data processing, information processing or a closely related field

Two years (Business Analyst I) or Three years (Business Analyst II) of full-time experience in programming systems, production support and/or computer operations development experience in a governmental or business operation.

PREFERRED: College coursework in business administration, public administration, accounting, or related.
