Annual salary range: $73,861.00 to $99,108.00

Description:

The City of Lathrop is looking to fill two Management Analyst positions at the level of I or II depending upon the successful candidates’ qualifications. One position will be assigned to the new Lathrop Police Department and the other to the Information Technology Department.

In this role, the incumbents will have a wide variety of professional, administrative, analytical, and management support duties including budget preparation, financial management, grant coordination, and special project oversight. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys conducting studies on organizational, administrative, and operational issues while serving the citizens of Lathrop.

Qualifications:

In this role, you will provide support to the department management team and help the department to research and stay abreast of trends and issues important to the City of Lathrop. You will review and analyze processes, procedures, and work methods, write staff reports, analyze legislation, develop funding proposals, and serve as a liaison with employees, public and private organizations, and community groups.
