Salary:

$79,337 – $124,286 DOQ/DOE

Description:

Nevada County seeks analytically minded, creative problem solvers to join the County Executive Office’s finance team. Report to the County’s Chief Fiscal Officer and serve as a liaison and analytical resource to assigned County departments in the areas of budget, strategic planning, organizational and policy review, and other considerations.

Qualifications:

Minimum requirements include (I): a Bachelor’s degree, preferably with major course work in business or public administration, political science, industrial relations or a related field; and one year of professional analytical and/or management experience in an area assigned, or an AA within one year of hire and four years professional analytical and/or management experience; (II): similar to above, with two years of professional analytical and/or management experience; (Sr.): similar to above, with two years of responsible professional analytical and/or management experience at a level equivalent to the Nevada County Management Analyst II classification; an MA may be substituted for one year of the required experience.
