Description:

As an Office Coordinator, you will assist in administrative functions of a department or division. You will assist with functions including, but not limited to, monitoring the budget, accounting, purchasing processing payroll, data processing, handling complaints, providing guidance to clerical personnel and performs related work as required.

Qualifications:

Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or GED; supplemented by three (3) years of full-time work experience in general office administration that demonstrates possession of and competency in the requisite knowledge and abilities.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

Applicants are required to demonstrate intermediate Word processing skills and typing ability (50 net words per minute). Demonstration of these skills will be done during the online typing and Word processing examination.
