Salary Range: $30.36 – $36.90 / hour
$63,148.80 – $76,752.00 / year

DESCRIPTION:
Under the direction of the General Services Administrator, performs technical level administrative, operational, procedural and/or program related duties in the Finance Department; researches, collects, analyzes, prepares reports and develops recommendations; develops programs, procedures and guidelines to help align with the strategic goals of the Agency. Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Education:
Equivalent to an Associate’s degree from an accredited college with major coursework in business administration, accounting, public administration, or related field. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Possession and maintenance of certification as a Certified Public Procurement Officer through the Universal Public Procurement Certification Council (UPPCC) or an equivalent certification from a recognized purchasing professional certification program can be used in lieu of the education requirement.

Training:
3 years of experience in a purchasing/procurement capacity, with knowledge of and experience in policies, procedures, methods, documentation, records management and acceptable business practices and strategies.
