We need an excellent communicator who can juggle multiple assignments and priorities and who is passionate for public service to join our leadership team. The position title says it all – the Program Manager manages a variety of programs.

Qualifications:

This includes tasks like legislative affairs and interacting with lobbyists/elected officials; obtaining and managing grant-funded programs; managing the District’s safety program; managing a public education program; and writing complex documents like the District’s Water Conservation Plan or Water Shortage Contingency Plan.
