Program Planning and Evaluation Analyst $6,572 – $7,988/Monthly* The Department of Health Services seeks an experienced professional ready to put their exceptional analytical skill set to work for families and programs in Sonoma County! Starting salary up to $7,988/Month* Program Planning and Evaluation Analysts (PPEAs) perform various administrative, planning and/or staff development assignments for an assigned group of health, human, or child support services programs and services. In the Department of Health Services, PPEAs are used in a variety of programs in Public Health, Behavioral Health, and Administration.

Qualifications:

Duties for these positions may include: • Acting as a liaison for assigned program areas with other governmental agencies and community organizations • Convening and leading meetings with other governmental agencies and community organizations • Managing related program communications, including online communications • Applying and interpreting state and federal regulations and directives • Developing and delivering staff development programs • Determining appropriate metric and collecting, analyzing, and evaluating related data • Writing manuals, policies, procedures, reports, plans, and other related documents • Tracking and reporting on program spending and outcomes • Convening and facilitating groups of staff and community partners in order to make high-level decisions • Ensuring operating efficiencies and compliance with federal and state legislative requirements • Evaluating and developing processes and procedures for assigned programs • Planning and evaluation support for payment reform efforts
