Description:

The City of Clearlake is recruiting for a Public Works Director. The Public Works Department is responsible for public facilities, including streets, sidewalks, street lights, drainage system, City facilities, and all parks and recreation facilities. Salary will be up to $120,000, DOQ, in addition to an excellent benefits package including CalPERS retirement and 100% employer paid health insurance. Qualifications:

Any combination of experience and education that would likely provide the required knowledge and abilities is qualifying. A typical way to obtain the knowledge and abilities would be with five years of increasingly responsible public works experience, including two years of administrative and supervisory responsibility. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
