Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Finance, Business, Engineering or Public Administration or a related field and five (5) years of increasingly responsible experience performing work in project management and fiscal, technical, and policy, management or related experience.; AND Knowledge of principles of public administration, organizations, and management; federal and State laws, ethical business practices, and methods for ensuring required compliance; OR 2. A minimum of ten (10) years of increasingly responsible experience performing work in project management and fiscal, technical, and policy management or related experience.; AND Knowledge of principles of public administration, organizations, and management; federal and State laws, ethical business practices, and methods for ensuring required compliance.
