Description:

The Revenue and Recovery Director reports to the Assistant Auditor & Controller and is responsible for formulating County-wide policies and procedures relating to revenue and recovery activities. This position plans, directs, and coordinates the activities of the Office of Revenue and Recovery. The division is the designated collection agency for the County and is responsible for the management, collections, and accounting of receivables owed to the County for over 450 unique programs and services, including restitution on behalf of victims, health care, welfare reimbursement, fines, and juvenile support and maintenance costs, excluding child support and property taxes.

Qualifications:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or certified equivalency for foreign studies AND five (5) years of experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the essential functions of the classification. Experience must include three (3) years of management level experience and at least one (1) year of supervision, OR, a combination of experience and/or education as stated above.
