Description:

The County of Yolo is recruiting to fill one (1) regular, full-time position in the class of Senior Financial Analyst at the Department of Financial Services. The successful candidate will be energetic, self-motivated, and responsible. They must have the ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment while keeping a positive attitude. A hybrid teleworking schedule that includes working from home and in the office may be considered for this position. Telework requests will be reviewed and considered by the appointing authority in accordance with department policy, which currently requires a minimum of two (2) days in the office per week.

Qualifications:

Education: A Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, Public Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a closely related field; AND Experience: Four (4) years of professional experience performing budget development, monitoring, control, analysis, and reporting; preparing revenue and expenditure projections and long-range forecasts; developing policies and procedures; and/or other closely related financial analytical work, with at least two (2) years at a level comparable to the Yolo County class of Financial Services Analyst II.
