Salary:

$76,710 – $93,226 Annually

Description:

Under administrative direction provides management level oversight over program staff and performs highly complex professional level functions involving the development, implementation and maintenance of complex program/s, including: identifying needs; managing the administration of grants; developing contracts; developing policies and procedures; and overseeing fiscal and administrative functions associated with programs.

This position is in the Family and Children’s Services area within the Health and Human Services Agency. For this recruitment: Prior experience, including supervisory experience, must be in public child welfare and/or child protective services.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in an appropriate field for the area of assignment such as Social or Behavioral Science, Public or Mental Health, Public or Business Administration and 3 years of supervisory experience in a specialized field related to the provision of social or health services; OR, a Master’s Degree and 2 years of supervisory experience in a specialized field related to the provision of social or health services (additional years of supervisory or management level experience may be substituted for up to two years of the degree requirement on a year-for-year basis).

Valid Driver’s License
