Salary:

$90,896.00 – $110,489.60 Annually

Description:

Under administrative direction provides management level oversight over program staff and performs highly complex functions involving the development, implementation and maintenance of program/s, which may include but not limited to: the child abuse hotline, emergency response services, court services, voluntary services, family reunification, family maintenance, permanency placement, supportive transition, case reviews, contracts, legal clerks, system improvement plan, policies and procedures, grievances and Child Abuse Centralized Index reviews, training, data evaluation and reporting and technology support. The current vacancy is in Family and Children’s Services. Prior experience, including supervisory, must be in public child welfare and/or child protective services.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience: A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/ university in an appropriate field for the area of assignment such as Social or Behavioral Science, Public or Mental Health, Public or Business Administration and 3 years of supervisory experience in a specialized field related to the provision of social or health services; OR, a Master’s Degree and 2 years of supervisory experience in a specialized field related to the provision of social or health services. Assignments in Children’s Services require Master’s Degree in related field. Licenses and Certifications: Depending upon area of assignment, may require possession of: Valid Driver’s License California Registered Nurse California Public Health Nurse
