Under administrative direction, to plan, organize, direct, and manage the Special Districts Administration (Special Districts) functions, operations, and services; to develop and administer Special Districts contracts; to ensure regulatory compliance; to perform special assignments as directed from the Board of Supervisors; and to do related work as required. Qualifications:

At least 5 years of increasingly responsible, high-level experience in one or more of the following areas: planning, development, construction, operations, and maintenance of water distribution and treatment systems, sewage systems, wastewater collections systems and/or wastewater treatment plants; public works infrastructure, infrastructure planning, resource development, environmental compliance, energy use and efficiency, water conservation, and/or related technical or professional field, and at least 3 years in a management or supervisory position may be inclusive of the 3 years.
