Description:

Alameda County Public Works Agency seeks dynamic individuals to fill our positions of Stationary Engineer, PWA; to maintain and repair County owned and operated drawbridges, storm water lift stations and associated equipment and facilities, including but not limited to mechanical systems, electrical systems, water discharge systems and building operations systems and to perform related duties as required.

Qualifications:

Either I
Three years full-time experience in class of Building Equipment Maintenance Worker or an equivalent or higher level class in Alameda County’s classified service performing related work.
Or II
Four years full-time experience in operation, maintenance, repair and installation of heavy industrial electrical, mechanical, plumbing, control systems, engines and pumps.
Possess valid California Class C Driver’s License. Submit current DMV printout with application and have clean driving record for past three-years.
