Salary:

$63,444.52 – $117,071.01 Annually, plus Benefits

Description:

POSITION: Under direction, plans, organizes, and performs a variety of monitoring, evaluation, and reporting activities in support of the Sustainability programs and outreach; works with stakeholders such as contractors, homeowners, community-based organizations, agency partners, and partner counties to coordinate and monitor various climate and energy-related programs. This position will also oversee and coordinate the activities of specific Sustainability Division-focused projects and initiatives, oversee the management and implementation of contracts and grants; and identify emerging trends, potential challenges and new opportunities for the Sustainability Division. IDEAL CANDIDATE: The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in business administration, energy management, sustainability, energy efficiency, climate change, government, or other related field; have knowledge of climate, energy, and sustainability programs; and have experience in the implementation of climate action and adaptation programs, techniques, and methods. This person will also be a team player, a dynamic public speaker, and will demonstrate political acumen.

Qualifications:

Some (Program Administrator I) to extensive (Senior Program Administrator) program support experience coupled with some (Program Administrator I ) to extensive (Senior Program Administrator) experience in the fields related to the assigned program. Any combination of education, training, and experience that demonstrates possession of the required knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSAs) which may typically be demonstrated by one of the following combinations of education and experience: Possession of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in business administration, energy management, sustainability, or a related area; AND Program Administrator I: One (1) year of recent, paid, and highly related experience Program Administrator II: Two (2) years of recent, paid, and highly related experience Program Administrator III: Three (3) years of recent, paid, and highly related experience Senior Program Administrator: Five (5) years of recent, paid, and highly related experience
