42,000 + Benefits Stipend

Description:

The CA PAPGPC is seeking a Training Coordinator that is responsible for overseeing the Association’s member certification process and handling logistics for off-site trainings including travel and venue bookings. This position reports to the Executive Director and will execute duties to be consistent with the Association’s mission and goals.

Qualifications:

Previous work experience as a training facilitator or meeting coordinator
Previous experience in Customer Service
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suites
Strong attention to detail and exceptional ability for follow-through
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work well in a start-up team environment, manage multiple assignments, prioritize work, exhibit flexibility and meet deadlines
Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
Ability to work effectively in collaboration with diverse groups of people
Other duties and responsibilities that may be delegated by the Executive Director or the Office Manager
Travel 10% of the year to onsite trainings
