NEW – SEMINAR FOR ASPIRING AND NEW DEPARTMENT HEADS

Designed to augment county executive development and succession planning efforts, the seminar is exclusively for senior managers considering department head and similar leadership positions. The three days focus on enriching executive leadership competencies; making the transition successfully; expanding relationships with staff, board, CEO and colleagues; crafting change; determining if the fit is right; and strategies to continue developing personal capacity and competencies.
