$50,268.33 – $61,715.88/year 

Description:

Solano County is recruiting for an experienced Accounting Supervisor. The current vacancy is in the Department of Health and Social Services. Working in the Administration Services Division of the Department of Health and Social Services, this position will perform fiscal disbursements of cash aid and food stamp benefits to clients for immediate needs. Additionally, this position will supervise the work of the Fiscal Issuance unit accounting and clerical staff.

Qualifications:

Position Requirements 

Four (4) years experience as an Accounting Clerk III or equivalent, OR

Two (2) years experience as an Accounting Technician or equivalent, OR

Three (3) years experience combined Accounting Clerk III and Accounting Technician

AND

One (1) of the following:

A.A. in Business Administration, OR

A.S. in Accounting, OR

A total of sixty (60) semester or ninety (90) quarter units from an accredited college; 6 semester or 9 quarter units must be in principles of accounting. All documents must be submitted no later than the final filing date.

All candidates must submit a copy of their Intermediate Excel Certificate showing a skill level of at least 70% by the final filing date.
