Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will demonstrate: Passion for transportation equity and community partnerships. Ease in uncertainty, including comfort forging new paths where there are no precedents. Ability to manage complex long-term projects with many stakeholders. Ability to collaborate with individuals from different disciplines with different areas of expertise. Strong organizational skills, including time management and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines. Experience writing competitive grant applications and managing state and federal grant funds. Experience procuring and managing consultants. Experience staffing boards, committees, or commissions, including the development of staff reports and oral presentations.
