Description:

The Human Resources Department is seeking an analytical and solution-oriented professional to fill one full-time Human Resources Classification Analyst vacancy in the Recruitment & Classification Division, to be filled at the II or III level. The Classification Analyst will report to a Principal Classification Analyst and will work with a team of professional and technical staff members in the Human Resources Recruitment and Classification Division conducting classification studies, developing salary recommendations, and reviewing departmental reorganization concepts.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience: substantial coursework in public administration, business administration, human resources, political science, psychology or closely related courses; plus plus up to two years of professional personnel experience.
