I: $28.48 – $34.60 or II: $29.88 – $36.34

Description:

The County of Calaveras Mental Health Division of the Health and Human Services Agency is seeking a Clinical Nurse I/II to join their amazing team. The incumbent will be responsible for coordinating care with tele-psychiatrists and/or on-site staff, coordinating care for adult and child/youth populations, including completing legal documents related to administering medications.

The schedule for this position will be Monday- Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. The comprehensive benefits package for this position includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, deferred compensation account with county match, CalPERS pension and much more.

Qualifications:

Training, Education and Experience:
Clinical Nurse I
Equivalent to graduation from an accredited program in registered nursing and one (1) year professional nursing experience in a clinical setting such as a medical office, mental health program hospital or home health agency.

Clinical Nurse II
Equivalent to graduation from an accredited program in registered nursing and two (2) years professional clinical experience, preferably in a public health or mental health outpatient setting.
