$90,000 – $120,000

Description:

The County Administrator, appointed by the Board of Supervisors, is accountable to the Board of Supervisors and responsible for enforcement of all County codes, ordinances, and regulations, the conduct of all financial activities, and the efficient and economical performance of the
County’s operations. The County Administrator is accountable for establishing and accomplishing County goals and objectives, and developing general policy guidelines.

The position shall also be vested with the authority and titles of County Budgetary Officer, County Safety Officer, County Insurance/Risk Manager, and County Purchasing Agent.

Qualifications:

Equivalent to graduation from a four-year college or university with major coursework in public
or business administration, political science, public policy, finance, or a related field and five (5)
years executive-level experience in a related administrative/managerial capacity involving
responsibility for planning, organization, and implementation of programs and services for an
organization. An equivalent to a Master’s Degree in Public or Business Administration is highly
desired.
