Description:

The County of Sonoma County Administrator’s Office seeks an energetic, customer focused, and solution-oriented local government executive to serve as a leader on their dynamic, professional team. The Deputy County Administrator plays a critical role, assisting the Assistant County Administrator in addressing the County’s budget and fiscal issues. This position serves as lead to the Budget and Operations teams, and functions as the County’s Budget Officer. As a key member of the team, the Deputy County Administrator also plays an integral role in directing and coordinating the delivery of County services.

Qualifications:

Qualifications for this position include a degree in public or business administration, management, finance, economics, or accounting; and a minimum of six years of progressively responsible administration or fiscal analysis experience in a private or governmental agency.
