Description:

Lassen County is located in Northeastern California and affords unlimited outdoor recreation and sporting activities. Attractions include: trophy trout fishing and water sports, abundant hunting opportunities, the scenic Bizz Johnson Trail and The Susanville Ranch Park which offers twenty-nine miles of multi-use trails.

The Deputy County Counsel provides legal advice and services to County departments, acts for the County Counsel at his/her direction, anhd acts as trial advocate in civil litigation at all levels of the court.

Qualifications:

Education: Graduation from an accredited school of law. Experience: Some trial experience with public sector and family law experience preferred. License: Active membership in the California State Bar Association. Possession of a valid California driver’s license.
