Description:

San Joaquin County is seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to join the senior management team of the Human Services Agency. The ideal candidate will have outstanding management acumen, a keen understanding of the needs of clients and work well with people at all levels of the Agency as well as the community served. The Human Services Agency strives to protect vulnerable children and adults and to promote maximum independence and well-being for individuals and families in the community.

Qualifications:

Desirable Qualifications: Master’s degree in public or business administration, social work, or closely related field and five years demonstrated management experience in a public social service agency organization or program, including two years in a large-scale or highly specialized operation or program.
